Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our innovative iron core represents a new frontier in core design. The cutting-edge oblique joint design, featuring multi-stepped sections, ensures that both the iron yoke and core have equal cross-sections, maximizing efficiency and performance.

Winding: The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage and eliminates the need for immersion paint. The windings are secured with tightening belts and are designed as concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps that meet tapping voltage requirements, leading to a tap changer. This switch is strategically mounted on the box cover, allowing voltage changes post power supply cut-off.

Safety Protection Device Our 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with a pressure relief valve, and optionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer features a glass thermometer tube holder, situated at the top of the oil tank, penetrating 120±10 mm into the oil. Additionally, the 1000-2000kVA models come with an outdoor signal thermometer for enhanced temperature monitoring.
