Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new frontier in design. Featuring a fully oblique jointed structure with a multi-stepped core section, both the iron yoke and the core itself boast equal sections, enhancing overall efficiency and performance.
Winding: Our winding technique incorporates corrugated oil passages, eliminating the need for immersion paint processes. The windings are tightly secured with a tightening belt and are configured as concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps to meet specific voltage requirements, which are connected to a tap changer. The switch, conveniently mounted on the box cover, allows for voltage adjustments to be made safely after power disconnection.
Safety protection device For enhanced safety, our 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications, providing an extra layer of protection.
Oil temperature measuring device: The transformer features a tube holder equipped with a glass thermometer, securely placed at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is also included, ensuring precise temperature monitoring.
