Oil-immersed transformers boast a myriad of advantages. They feature superior heat dissipation, ensuring stable transformer operation. Their insulation performance is unmatched, offering high reliability. Voltage adjustments are straightforward, catering to diverse electrical needs, and with mature technology, the cost-efficiency is exceptional.

Iron Core: Constructed from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel, the iron core exemplifies innovation. It features a new oblique joint structure with a multi-stepped cross-section, ensuring uniform sections between the iron yoke and the core, enhancing overall efficiency.

Winding: Our windings utilize a corrugated oil passage and eschew immersion paint processes, enhanced by a secure tightening belt. They are concentric coils with high-voltage windings containing taps that meet tapping voltage requirements. The tap changer, mounted on the box cover, allows for easy voltage adjustments post power cut-off.

Safety protection device The transformer, ranging from 30-2000kVA, is equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications, ensuring maximum safety.

Oil temperature measuring device: A glass thermometer tube holder is integrated, positioned at the top of the oil tank extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, offering precise temperature monitoring.
