Oil-immersed transformers present numerous benefits. They boast superior heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring stable transformer operations. Iron Core: Constructed from high-permeability, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new standard in core technology. It features a fully oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped section, ensuring uniform cross-sections between the iron yoke and the core itself, maximizing efficiency and performance.

Winding: The windings are designed with a corrugated oil passage, eliminating the need for an immersion paint process, and secured with a tightening belt. These concentric coils are equipped with high-voltage taps that correspond to voltage requirements. Taps are connected to a tap changer, with the switch conveniently mounted on the box cover, allowing for safe modification of tap voltage post power supply cut-off.

Safety Protection Device For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, a pressure relief valve is standard. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed upon request to enhance operational safety.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers are equipped with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank with a 120±10 mm extension into the oil. For transformers within the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is included to ensure precise monitoring of operational temperatures.
