Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability, magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new type of design. It features a fully oblique jointed core with a multi-stepped section, ensuring uniform core and yoke sections, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage and a non-immersion paint process, with tightened belts ensuring stability. The windings are concentric coils with high-voltage taps corresponding to the required tapping voltage, leading to the tap changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for voltage adjustments after the power is cut off.

Safety protection device The 30-2000kVA transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, ensuring optimal safety.

Oil temperature measuring device: The transformer features a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, providing accurate temperature readings.
