Oil-immersed transformers boast a multitude of benefits. They offer exceptional heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Iron Core: Constructed from high-permeability, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron cores represent a new era in transformer technology. The fully oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped cross-section, ensuring uniformity between the iron yoke and the iron core sections.

Winding: Our windings are designed with corrugated oil passages and employ a no-immersion paint process. They are secured with tightening belts and configured as concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps that correspond to the specified tapping voltage requirements, which are connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. Voltage adjustments can be made by interrupting the power supply.

Safety Protection Device Designed for transformers ranging from 30 to 2000kVA, our safety features include an advanced pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay equipped with alarm and trip terminals can be installed to suit user requirements.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers are equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, strategically positioned atop the oil tank, extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is included to ensure optimal performance monitoring.
