Oil-immersed transformers boast a multitude of benefits: exceptional heat dissipation performance ensures stable operation; superior insulation guarantees high reliability; adjustable voltage caters to diverse electrical demands; and mature technology offers cost-effectiveness. Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability, magnetic grain-oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a groundbreaking design. It features a fully oblique jointed structure with a multi-stepped core section. Both the iron yoke and the iron core sections are meticulously balanced to enhance performance.

Winding: Our winding technology includes corrugated oil passages and a no-immersion paint process, secured by a tightening belt. The concentric coil windings feature high-voltage taps that meet tapping voltage requirements, leading to the tap changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for voltage adjustments post power supply cut-off, ensuring flexibility and precision.

Safety protection device : Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Moreover, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, ensuring enhanced safety and operational reliability.

Oil temperature measuring device: For precise temperature monitoring, our transformers feature a glass thermometer tube holder, strategically placed at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers within the 1000-2000kVA range also come with an outdoor signal thermometer, elevating operational safety and monitoring efficiency.
