The core is constructed from high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type with a unique oblique jointed design and a multi-stepped core section for enhanced efficiency.
The winding features a corrugated oil passage design, no immersion paint process, and concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps for adjusting voltage requirements, with a tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy access.
For safety, the transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user preferences.
The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank for accurate temperature readings. For larger transformers (1000-2000kVA), an outdoor signal thermometer is provided.
