Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core is a state-of-the-art design. Featuring a fully oblique jointed structure with a multi-stepped cross-section, it ensures efficiency and stability across the iron yoke and core sections.

Winding: The winding incorporates a corrugated oil passage with a no-paint immersion process and is securely fastened with a tightening belt. These concentric windings, featuring high-voltage taps for varied voltage needs, are led to a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing easy voltage adjustments post power-off.

Safety Protection Device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Users can opt for a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals for added protection.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, the device's tube seat is strategically placed at the oil tank's top, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is included.

A: We require T/T 30% as a deposit and the remaining 70% before shipment. We will provide you with photographs of the products and packaging before you settle the balance.
