Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core features a novel design with a fully oblique joint. This multi-stepped core section ensures that both the iron yoke and core maintain equal sections, optimizing performance.

Winding: The winding system incorporates a corrugated oil passage and uses a no-immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt. High-voltage windings include taps for various voltage requirements, connected to an externally mounted tap changer on the box cover, enabling voltage adjustments post-power supply cut-off.

Safety Protection Device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications, ensuring maximum safety.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, the transformer features a tube seat at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, providing precise temperature monitoring.
