Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents the pinnacle of modern design. This state-of-the-art core features a fully oblique jointed structure, with a multi-stepped cross-section. Both the iron yoke and the iron core maintain equal sections for optimal performance.

Winding: Our windings utilize corrugated oil passages and eschew the traditional immersion paint process. They are secured with tightening belts and arranged as concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps that correspond to the required tapping voltages and is connected to the tap changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for easy voltage adjustments after power disconnection.

Safety Protection Device Our 30-2000kVA transformers come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, they can be fitted with a gas relay featuring an alarm and trip terminal, tailored to user specifications.
