The optimized and innovative design of the core and coil structure significantly reduces no-load loss and noise.

Oil-immersed transformers come with a plethora of benefits. They boast excellent heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring stable operation. Their superior insulation performance and high reliability make them a top choice. Additionally, they offer easy voltage adjustment to meet diverse electricity requirements, thanks to their mature technology and cost-effectiveness.

Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core of our transformers represents a new era of iron core innovation. Featuring fully oblique jointed iron cores with multi-stepped sections, the iron yoke and core have equidistant sections, enhancing performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our windings are designed with precision. Featuring a corrugated oil passage and a no immersion paint process, these windings are bound tightly with a tightening belt. They are concentric coils, with high-voltage windings equipped with taps that meet specific voltage requirements. These taps are connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustments post power supply cut-off.

Safety Protection Device Transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed, tailored to user specifications.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers are furnished with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. Models ranging from 1000-2000kVA come with an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
