Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents a new generation of core technology. The fully oblique jointed core features a multi-stepped, step-lap design, ensuring uniform cross-sections between the iron yoke and the core, enhancing overall performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our windings use a corrugated oil passage and a no-immersion paint process, secured with tightening belts. Featuring concentric coils, the high-voltage windings include taps that meet specific voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. Voltage adjustments can be made easily by cutting off the power supply.

Safety Protection Device Transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA are equipped with a pressure relief valve. A gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be added per user specifications for enhanced safety.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, the transformer features a tube seat at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range come with an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
