Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new era in transformer core technology. The fully oblique jointed core features a multi-stepped section, ensuring uniform core and yoke sections, optimizing performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our windings utilize a corrugated oil passage, eliminating the need for immersion paint processes. Concentric coil windings, secured with tightening belts, meet high-voltage tapping requirements and connect seamlessly to the tap changer. Mounted on the box cover, the switch allows for tap voltage adjustments post power cut-off.

Safety Protection Device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with pressure relief valves. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user specifications, ensuring maximum safety.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, the device's tube seat is positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, offering precise temperature monitoring.
