Oil-immersed transformers boast a multitude of benefits. They excel in heat dissipation, ensuring the transformer's stable and efficient operation. Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents next-generation technology. The fully oblique jointed iron core features a multi-stepped section, ensuring equal sections for both the iron yoke and the core, leading to unmatched performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our winding process employs corrugated oil passages and a no-immersion paint technique, reinforced with a tightening belt. The windings consist of concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding equipped with taps for varying voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. The tap voltage can be adjusted as needed once the power supply is cut off.

Safety protection device Transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, ensuring utmost safety.

Oil temperature measuring device: Our transformers come with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Models ranging from 1000-2000kVA are equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer, providing accurate and reliable temperature measurements.
