Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the innovative iron core boasts a fully oblique jointed design. This multi-stepped core section ensures both the iron yoke and the core maintain equal sections, enhancing overall performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our winding design features a corrugated oil passage and a no immersion paint process, secured with tightening belts. The windings are concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding accommodating taps for varying voltage requirements. These are connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing voltage modifications post power supply cut-off.

Safety Protection Device For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, we provide a pressure relief valve for enhanced safety. Additionally, we offer the option to install a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals based on user specifications.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers come equipped with a glass thermometer holder, with the tube seat positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers between 1000-2000kVA, we include an outdoor signal thermometer to ensure precise temperature monitoring.
