Iron Core: Constructed from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core represents a new era in transformer technology. It features a fully oblique jointed iron core with a multi-stepped section. Both the iron yoke and the iron core maintain equal sections, enhancing efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our winding design includes a corrugated oil passage and a no immersion paint process, secured by a tightening belt. The windings are concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding featuring taps that meet tapping voltage requirements. These are connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustment after power supply cut-off, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

Safety Protection Device For optimal safety, our 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminal options can be installed based on user preferences, providing an extra layer of security.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer comes equipped with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, with the tube seat located at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is also included, ensuring precise temperature monitoring.
