Iron Core: The core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section, ensuring equal sections for the iron yoke and core.
Winding: The winding features a corrugated oil passage, no immersion paint process, and concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps for voltage adjustments, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy access.
Safety Protection Device: The transformer includes a pressure relief valve for safety measures. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, the transformer ensures accurate oil temperature monitoring. The outdoor signal thermometer is included for 1000-2000kVA transformers.
