Oil-immersed transformers boast a myriad of advantages. They offer superior heat dissipation, which ensures stable operation. Their outstanding insulation properties guarantee high reliability. Furthermore, they facilitate easy voltage adjustments to meet diverse electrical needs and are built on mature technologies, resulting in a cost-effective solution.

Iron Core: Constructed from high-permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our innovative iron core design features a fully oblique jointed core section with multi-stepped steps. Both the iron yoke and the iron core share equal sections, enhancing overall efficiency.

Winding: Our windings feature corrugated oil passages and a no-immersion paint process, secured with tightening belts for robustness. The concentric coil design includes high-voltage windings with taps that correspond to various tapping voltage requirements. These taps are directed to a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing voltage adjustments after power disconnection.

Safety protection device For transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA, we include a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user specifications.

Oil temperature measuring device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, located at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm, our transformers ensure precise temperature monitoring. For transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is also provided.
