Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents the latest in core technology. Featuring a fully oblique-joined, multi-stepped sectional design, both the iron yoke and the core maintain equal sections, enhancing overall performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our windings utilize corrugated oil passageways and a no immersion paint process, secured with tightening belts for optimal stability. Designed as concentric coils, the high-voltage winding includes taps to meet various voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This setup allows voltage adjustments post power cut-off, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.

Safety protection device The transformer, ranging from 30-2000kVA, comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, providing heightened safety and protection.

Oil temperature measuring device: Our transformers are fitted with a glass thermometer tube holder. Positioned at the top of the oil tank, it extends 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers with capacities of 1000-2000kVA, we include an outdoor signal thermometer, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature monitoring.
