Iron Core: The iron core of this transformer is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a unique oblique jointed iron core with a multi-stepped core section for enhanced efficiency.
Winding: The winding design includes a corrugated oil passage, no immersion paint process, and concentric coils. The high-voltage winding has taps for adjusting voltage requirements, with a tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy access.
Safety Protection Device: The transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve for safety measures. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: A glass thermometer tube holder is included in the transformer, positioned at the top of the oil tank for accurate temperature readings. For larger transformers (1000-2000kVA), an outdoor signal thermometer is provided.
