Iron Core: The core is constructed from high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core features a unique design with a multi-stepped core section, ensuring equal sections for the iron yoke and core.
Winding: The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage and does not require immersion paint. The windings are secured with a tightening belt and consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps for adjusting voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer for easy adjustment.
Safety Protection Device: The 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer features a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank with a 120±10 mm protrusion into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included for accurate temperature monitoring.
