Iron Core: Our iron core is crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This advanced core design features a new type of structure with multi-stepped sections, ensuring equal sections for both the iron yoke and the core.

Winding: The winding employs a corrugated oil passage and a no-immersion paint process, secured with a tightening belt. Each winding is a concentric coil, with high-voltage windings featuring taps for voltage adjustment, accessible via a tap changer mounted on the box cover. Voltage changes are facilitated after the power supply is cut off.

Safety Protection Device Transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA are fitted with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed upon user request.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers are equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, mounted at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Transformers between 1000-2000kVA include an outdoor signal thermometer for enhanced temperature monitoring.
