Iron Core:
The iron core of our transformers is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a unique design with a multi-stepped core section for enhanced efficiency.
Winding:
Our transformers utilize corrugated oil passage windings with no immersion paint process. The windings are tightly secured with concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps for adjusting voltage requirements, which can be easily changed using the tap changer.
Safety Protection Device:
For added safety, our 30-2000kVA transformers come equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device:
Each transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. The 1000-2000kVA transformers also feature an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
