The core is constructed of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. This innovative iron core features a multi-stepped core section design, ensuring equal sections for both the iron yoke and the iron core.
The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage and does not require an immersion paint process. The windings are tied with a tightening belt and consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps for adjusting tapping voltage requirements, which can be easily changed using the tap changer mounted on the box cover.
For added safety, the 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user preferences.
The transformer is fitted with a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. Furthermore, the 1000-2000kVA transformer includes an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
