Oil-immersed transformers are packed with numerous benefits. They boast superior heat dissipation, ensuring steadfast transformer operation. Their exceptional insulation and high reliability stand out, coupled with an effortless voltage adjustment capability to meet diverse electrical demands. Iron Core: Constructed with high permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new era in design. Featuring a fully oblique joint, multi-stepped core section, and uniform sections for both the iron yoke and the core, this innovation maximizes efficiency and performance.

Winding: Our winding design incorporates corrugated oil passages and eliminates the need for immersion paint processes. Secured with a tightening belt, the concentric coil windings include taps for voltage adjustments. High-voltage windings are connected to the tap changer, which is conveniently mounted on the box cover for seamless voltage modifications post power disconnection.

Safety Protection Device Transformers with a capacity ranging from 30 to 2000kVA are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications, enhancing safety and operational reliability.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers come with a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers ranging from 1000 to 2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is also provided, keeping you informed of the operational temperature at all times.
