Their superior insulation guarantees high reliability, while their easy voltage adjustment caters to diverse electrical requirements. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core is state-of-the-art. Featuring a new design with a fully oblique jointed structure, it includes a multi-stepped core section and equal sections in both the iron yoke and core, optimizing performance and efficiency.

Winding: Our winding design incorporates corrugated oil passages, eliminating the need for immersion paint processes. Secured with tightening belts, the windings are concentric coils. The high-voltage winding features taps aligned with tapping voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustments post power supply cut-off.

Safety Protection Device The 30-2000kVA transformer is equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed as per user requirements, providing added safety and reliability.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers come equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included to ensure precise temperature monitoring.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and sturdy brown cartons. If you hold a legally registered patent, we are able to pack the goods in your branded boxes upon receiving your authorization letters.

A: We require T/T with 30% as a deposit and the remaining 70% before delivery. We will provide you with photos of the products and their packaging before you pay the balance.
