Oil-immersed transformers bring an array of benefits. They boast excellent heat dissipation performance, ensuring stable transformer operation. Their superior insulation properties and high reliability make them standout choices. Additionally, they offer easy voltage adjustment to meet diverse electrical demands. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the core represents a new generation of iron cores. The fully oblique jointed design features a multi-stepped cross-section, ensuring equal sections between the iron yoke and the core, optimizing efficiency.

Winding: The winding employs a corrugated oil passage design, eliminating the need for immersion paint processes. Tightening belts secure the windings, which are concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps for varying voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. Voltage adjustments can be made after disconnecting the power supply.

Safety Protection Device The 30-2000kVA transformer features a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank, extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is also included.
