The iron core is made of high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It is a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section. The iron yoke and core have equal sections.
The winding features a corrugated oil passage, no immersion paint process, and a tightening belt. The windings consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding has taps for tapping voltage requirements, leading to the tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy voltage changes.
The 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. A gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements.
The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank protruding into the oil by 120±10 mm. The 1000-2000kVA transformer is also equipped with an outdoor signal thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
