The core is constructed using high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core features a unique design with a multi-stepped core section, ensuring equal sections for the iron yoke and core.
The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage without immersion paint, secured with a tightening belt. The windings consist of concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding including taps for adjusting tapping voltage requirements. The tap changer switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for easy voltage adjustments post power supply.
For safety, the 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user preferences.
The transformer features a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank with a 120±10 mm protrusion into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included for accurate temperature monitoring.
