Oil-immersed transformers provide numerous benefits. They exhibit exceptional heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring the transformer's stable operation. With outstanding insulation properties and high reliability, they are adaptable to various voltage requirements and power demands. Additionally, these transformers boast mature technology and cost-effectiveness, making them a preferred choice for efficient power transmission.

Iron Core: Our iron core is crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. This state-of-the-art core design features a new type of iron core with fully oblique joints and a multi-stepped cross-section. The iron yoke and core share equal sections, ensuring optimal performance.

Winding: The winding employs a corrugated oil passage and a no-immersion paint process, held together by a tightening belt. These concentric coil windings feature high-voltage taps aligned with tapping voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer. The switch is strategically mounted on the box cover, allowing for convenient tap voltage changes after power disconnection.

Safety protection device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, users have the option to install a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals for enhanced safety.

Oil temperature measuring device: Each transformer comes with a glass thermometer holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For transformers in the 1000-2000kVA range, an outdoor signal thermometer is included for precise temperature monitoring.
