Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core represents the latest innovation in core technology. Featuring a fully oblique jointed structure with a multi-stepped section, the core and yoke maintain equal sections, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Winding: Utilizing a corrugated oil passage and a no-immersion paint process, the windings are meticulously secured with a tightening belt. These concentric coils include high-voltage windings with taps tailored to specific voltage requirements. The tap changer is conveniently mounted on the box cover, allowing for easy voltage adjustments once the power supply is disconnected.

Safety Protection Device Our 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with a state-of-the-art pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed upon user request, enhancing operational safety.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer features a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, ensuring precise temperature monitoring.
