Iron Core: The core is constructed from high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. It features a new type of iron core with a multi-stepped core section for enhanced efficiency.
Winding: The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage design without immersion paint, and the windings are secured with a tightening belt. The concentric coils ensure optimal performance. The high-voltage winding includes taps for adjusting voltage requirements, facilitated by a tap changer mounted on the box cover.
Safety Protection Device: The transformer, ranging from 30-2000kVA, is equipped with a pressure relief valve for added safety. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user preferences.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer is furnished with a glass thermometer tube holder, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included for accurate temperature monitoring.
