The core is constructed using high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type with a unique oblique jointed design and a core section of multi-stepped steps. The iron yoke and core have equal sections.
The winding features a corrugated oil passage, no immersion paint process, and a securely tied tightening belt. The windings consist of concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding having taps corresponding to tapping voltage requirements. The tap changer is mounted on the box cover for easy access to change tap voltage after power supply.
The 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user requirements for enhanced safety.
The transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank protruding into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is provided for accurate temperature monitoring.
