Iron Core: Our transformer core is crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheets, representing a new era of iron core technology. The fully oblique jointed core features a multi-stepped section design, providing equal sections for both the iron yoke and the core itself, offering enhanced efficiency and performance.

Winding: The winding design incorporates innovative features such as corrugated oil passages and a no-immersion paint process, secured tightly with a reinforcement belt. The concentric coil windings include high-voltage taps that correspond to specific tapping voltage requirements, leading to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. Voltage adjustments can be made post power supply cut-off to cater to varying operational needs.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer includes a tube holder for a glass thermometer, situated at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil.
