Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core is a novel type featuring a fully oblique jointed design with a multi-stepped cross-section. Both the iron yoke and the core itself maintain equal section sizes, significantly enhancing performance and efficiency.

Winding: The winding process incorporates corrugated oil passages, eschewing immersion paint techniques, and utilizing tightly fastened belts. These windings form concentric coils, with the high-voltage winding featuring taps that meet specific tapping voltage requirements. These taps lead to a tap changer, conveniently mounted on the box cover, allowing for voltage adjustments even when the power supply is cut off.

Safety Protection Device Transformers ranging from 30-2000kVA are equipped with a pressure relief valve, and, based on user specifications, can include a gas relay featuring both alarm and trip terminals, ensuring maximum safety.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers come with a glass thermometer tube holder, strategically placed at the top of the oil tank to extend into the oil by 120±10 mm. For transformers rated between 1000-2000kVA, an outdoor signal thermometer is also provided, facilitating precise and reliable temperature monitoring.
