Oil-immersed transformers present a host of benefits. They boast superior heat dissipation capabilities, ensuring stable transformer operation. Exceptional insulation performance guarantees high reliability, while the ease of voltage adjustment accommodates varying electricity demands. Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, magnetic grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, the iron core embodies a new design paradigm. The fully oblique jointed core features a multi-stepped section, ensuring equal sections between the iron yoke and the iron core, enhancing overall efficiency.

Winding: Our winding technique utilizes a corrugated oil passage and a no immersion paint process, securely tied with tightening belts. These concentric coil windings include high-voltage taps that meet tapping voltage requirements, leading to an external tap changer. The switch, mounted on the box cover, allows for tap voltage adjustment after power disconnection, ensuring flexibility and precision.

Safety Protection Device Our 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, upon user request, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed, providing enhanced safety features.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: The transformer includes a glass thermometer tube holder, with the tube seat positioned at the oil tank's top, protruding into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included, ensuring accurate temperature monitoring.
