Iron Core: Crafted from high permeability, grain-oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new frontier in transformer design. It features a fully oblique jointed structure with a multi-stepped cross-section, ensuring that both the iron yoke and the core maintain equal sections for optimal magnetic performance.

Winding: Our winding technology employs corrugated oil passages and a no-immersion paint process, secured with precision tightening belts. Utilizing concentric coil designs, the high-voltage windings feature taps aligned with specific voltage requirements, connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover. This configuration permits voltage adjustments post-power supply disconnection.

Safety Protection Device Our 30-2000kVA transformers come equipped with essential safety features including a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user specifications, enhancing operational safety.
