This innovative type of iron core features a fully oblique jointed structure with a multi-stepped section. Both the iron yoke and the iron core maintain equal sections, optimizing magnetic efficiency and performance.
Winding: The windings are engineered with precision, featuring corrugated oil passages and a no-immersion paint process for enhanced durability. Concentric coil designs ensure optimal performance, while the high-voltage windings are equipped with taps for voltage adjustments. These taps are connected to a tap changer mounted on the box cover, allowing for easy voltage modification after power disconnection.
Safety Protection Device Our transformers, ranging from 30-2000kVA, come equipped with a pressure relief valve for added safety. Additionally, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed based on user requirements, ensuring maximum protection and operational reliability.
Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Each transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer tube holder, strategically positioned at the top of the oil tank to protrude into the oil by 120±10 mm.
