The core is constructed from high permeability magnetic grain oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet. The iron core is a new type with a fully oblique jointed iron core featuring a multi-stepped core section. The iron yoke and core have equal sections.
The winding utilizes a corrugated oil passage and does not require immersion paint. The windings are tied with a tightening belt and consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps corresponding to tapping voltage requirements, leading to the tap changer mounted on the box cover for easy voltage adjustment.
The 30-2000kVA transformer comes equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, a gas relay with an alarm and trip terminal can be installed based on user preferences for enhanced safety.
The transformer features a tube holder for a glass thermometer, positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending into the oil by 120±10 mm. For 1000-2000kVA transformers, an outdoor signal thermometer is included for accurate temperature monitoring.
