Iron Core: Crafted from high-permeability, grain-oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheets, our iron core represents a new era of design. This innovative, fully oblique jointed core boasts a multi-stepped sectional area, ensuring uniform sections in both the iron yoke and core for optimal performance.

Winding: Our winding design features corrugated oil passages and a no-immersion paint process, secured tightly with a belt. The concentric coil windings, along with high-voltage winding taps that meet specific voltage requirements, are expertly led to the tap changer. The switch, conveniently mounted on the box cover, allows for easy adjustment of tap voltage when needed.

Safety Protection Device For enhanced safety, the 30-2000kVA transformers are equipped with a pressure relief valve. Additionally, as per user requirements, a gas relay with alarm and trip terminal can be installed, ensuring multi-faceted protection and reliability.

Oil Temperature Measuring Device: Our transformers come equipped with a tube holder for a glass thermometer, strategically positioned at the top of the oil tank and extending 120±10 mm into the oil. For the 1000-2000kVA models, an outdoor signal thermometer is additionally provided, ensuring precise temperature monitoring and management.
